  4. Budgeting & Quotation: After finalizing the design, we’ll provide a detailed quote that breaks down the costs. Our focus on a detailed bidding process ensures transparency and helps avoid unexpected expenses.
  5. Permitting: Depending on the scope and locality, we’ll handle all the necessary permits and approvals required for the remodel.
  6. Demolition & Site Prep: Once all plans are in place and permits secured, we’ll begin the demolition (if necessary) and prepare the site for construction.
